Unveiled Glory
“We all, with unveiled faces, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory…” — 2 Corinthians 3:18
Unveiled Glory
Those who drink alcohol or take drugs destroy their flesh and wear the evidence of decay. Those who polish their exterior to perfection wear the evidence of controlled resistance — the soul yet to yield. But those who surrender to the process of overcoming — who let the human covering thin and fade, become transparent enough for Christ to be visible.
And still, the world will look and say, “You’re as human as the rest of us.
”They see only the surface — the body, the breath, their perception of who you are in the physical. To them, it looks ordinary; to heaven, we are the light.
Redeem — The Work of the Cross (Salvation)
“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” — Ephesians 1:7
Redemption is the first act — Christ buying us back, freeing us from the curse and ownership of sin. This is where the journey begins — the breaking of chains unseen, the moment when ownership transfers from darkness to light.
Sanctify — The Work of the Spirit (Purification)
“May the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:23
Sanctification is the ongoing purification of the redeemed — being made holy, refined, and aligned with God’s nature. It is the tender fire that burns away self’s residue, until the soul is yielded and love alone remains. For holiness does not erase our humanity; it redeems and sanctifies it — transforming what was fallen into what is holy.
Glorify — The Work of Union (Transformation)
“Those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified.” — Romans 8:30
Glorification is the completion — when the redeemed and sanctified soul is clothed in divine light, no longer bound by fallen flesh. It is the unveiling of holiness, when the human becomes a mirror for the divine, until even the flesh that once veiled Him bears the radiance of His light.
“…that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky.” — Philippians 2:15
“And He was transfigured before them; His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.” — Matthew 17:2
The possibilities are endless for those who overcome.
