We aim to build a community that serves our nation’s future. Starting over requires holiness as a foundation. Holiness is neither a familiar religion nor a recognizable name. As a people, holiness is the unshakeable certainty of who and why we are. The basic rules shaping the development will be determined by this governing principle.

Residing in an area encircled by natural wonders such as the ocean, hills, or picturesque landscapes with farms. Our village community life will be characterized by daily fresh produce, communal cooking, and emphasis on business development and educating the young. Sustaining a village in a place of great beauty. Is it feasible? It will sustain its own economy. With the help of our local economy investors and telecommunication and choosing a location that prioritizes quality of life. The village will be declared as a ‘renewing of mind’ community, which means ample tables, chairs and time to relish the delightful great company, and enough variety to keep things interesting. When one has no need to commute, one has plenty of time to enjoy community and the slow process of life. Children can play safely on the streets in the community, since most cars and trucks are kept on the outside in a car pool.

The physical form of communities and villages exists to contribute to the growth and wellbeing of people living in harmony with their community and land. A place where people can find lasting fulfillment for generations to come.

Prosperity

The key to prosperity is acknowledging that individuals have different requirements to thrive and ensuring that everyone has access to them. With prosperity, one can take time to enjoy playing with their children, singing, planting and nurturing flowers, fishing, and beautifying their home and community. Prosperity reduces tension; generosity becomes the norm.

We aim to cultivate a base of people who prefer village or community living. The land will be central to the community village’s vision. This initiative isn’t about profit; it’s about a community creating a sustainable, shared living space. Not hippy, not cult, not religious, but holiness as a base. Holiness will be the highest commodity in the village.

The community may only cover 100 acres or so but it is laid out with walks and diversity to keep it interesting and never boring.  

Imagine a place where youth can discover themselves without feeling the urge to move away. The local economy in the community village will compose of many small businesses, which provide many job opportunities for the young. Young adults can purchase affordable housing in a youth cluster within the community village. Housing for young people operates similarly to artist's housing with small homes/cabins designed for those under 25 and a requirement that the buyer must also be under 25 when sold. The purchase of housing comes with the requirement of passing it on and moving to a different part of the community after the age of 25. Families and individuals will have the chance to join an investment package that fosters a sense of belonging. A house or accommodation will be bought as a portion of their property investment. They may run their business or live in their investment housing according to the terms of their contract. Each year, a specific amount must be spent on the house/accommodation or workplace as per their contracts. They pay for the land they occupy each week, but they never hold ownership of the land. Any money that comes from this type of investment will create funds to purchase more property in surrounding area and build more accommodation as needed.  

Consider the outcome when several Villages like these are constructed in a nation. Think about how they could influence the character of the country. Envision the farming areas that has collapsed through mining. Consider the impact these villages can bring on a potentially struggling rural regional economy. Picture villages transforming into hubs of creativity, where the arts attract not only locals but visitors from afar. Picture Villages emerging and connecting with other Villages, both within their own country and abroad. Envision a situation where a community of villages unite, prioritizing quality of life, and collaborating to share their expertise in building villages.
