TRUE SACRIFICE

Jesus Christ did not cling to His flesh. He laid it down — fully, finally — as a living sacrifice. And from that surrender came resurrection. And from resurrection, glory.

Scripture commands it still: "Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God."

Yet men and women live whole lives in routine, in regularity, believing prayer is enough.

It is not enough.

As long as the flesh governs, the spirit is locked inside.

Fasting is not about hunger. It is about dethroning the human. It is about reestablishing the spirit as king.

We were told we are human. That was the first deception. We are spirit — clothed in humanity for a time.

Humanity has become the idol. Emotions, appetites, pride — all worshiped in its name.

But the true sons and daughters are rising —laying down flesh, raising up spirit, walking not as humans who pray, but as spirits who reign.

The time for half-surrender is over. The time for true sacrifice has come.
