In His Image

People together form the essence of humanity. Alone, I am just one solitary stone. The value of a single stone alone is limited. When you combine the stones, a structure forms that can bridge heaven and earth.

In His words, Christ referred to Himself as the cornerstone and us as the stones. From heaven, He is bringing forth the New Jerusalem. As we leave the old behind, a new heaven and earth emerge.

The time has come to reveal His image and presence! Our face will radiate a new manifestation of His likeness. As we have conquered our fallen nature, we have absorbed His thoughts and character into our very being. We continue to present our own image instead of His image. Some individuals have made themselves into idols using God's power and image as their own.

The Lord proclaimed He fashioned man in our own image and likeness.

Arise, shine, for thy light has come, and the glory of the Lord is over you. For darkness has covered the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee. Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. Lift up thy eyes around and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee (Isaiah 60).

It’s the perfect time! This is the time we were made for.

The Holy Spirit is the anointing that lives within us. He dwells within our beings. While the Holy Spirit has led us this far, it is now necessary to abandon the old ways and embrace the Holy Spirit’s anointing in a fresh manner. What’s new is the Lord’s presence and glory upon those who are called by His name to be representatives of the living God on earth. When we look at His image and His likeness, others will see Him as you, not you in Him. His image will be seen. The old has passed away, the new has come. Like an old wineskin, our body and image deteriorated. The pouring out of the anointing of the Holy Spirit into the new wineskin will be done by Christ Himself. The best is yet to come!
