Who opposes and exults himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped: so that he, as god, sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is god. Remember when I was with you, I told you these things?
And for this cause, God shall send them strong delusions that they should believe a lie.
Conviction
I’m calling Donald Trump this man claiming to be god and sitting in the temple. A temple is a term for a leadership position! It just doesn’t sit well with me.
He lacks humility, unlike our Lord. He uses the correct terminology and has the following. If we are looking to man to save humanity, we are looking in the wrong direction. That becomes an idol. It seems clear to me that God has appointed him to this role so the scriptures can be fulfilled. The Lord has caused the people to be deceived by lies.
It's scripture being fulfilled!
